We would like our members and employers who have been affected by the Queensland floods to know we are here to help.
Members
There are circumstances where you may be able to access all or part of your super early by claiming on severe financial hardship or compassionate grounds. You can find out more about accessing your super here.
We also understand that you may not have access to your account details or identification. If you are in this position, please call us on 1300 651 331. We will help you through your options, and make sure your claim is given priority and processed as quickly as possible.
The Queensland Government has also set up and emergency service line on 1800 173 349, for those residents experiencing personal difficulties.
Employers
We understand it may be difficult during this time to meet your SG obligations, and we are here to help. Talk to Ian Colyer, your Queensland Relationship Manager, on 07 3335 5588 about your options, including our different payment methods.
