It's easy to become a participating employer with us. There are no joining fees or charges, all you need to do is download and complete our Employer enrolment form and return it to:

A Welcome Pack including a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and relevant forms will be sent to you. The pack also includes a letter containing your unique employer number and explains your choice of payment options.
