Even if you change industries, you can still keep your super with us. Ask your new employer to pay your contributions to your Accountants Super account.
Stay with us
To stay with Accountants Super, all you need to do is complete this Super choice form and give it to your employer to process. Included with this form is our Letter of compliance which identifies us as a complying fund that can accept employer contributions.
To make it easier, we have pre-filled the form with our details; all you need to do is add your name, Member Number and signature. You can find your Member Number on your membership card, annual statement or by contacting us.
If you are unable to print, give us a call on 1300 651 331. We will be happy to post a form to you.
