Promotion period
- The "E-bulletin survey competition" ("Promotion") commences at 12.00am on Thursday 19 November 2009 and concludes at 5:00pm on Wednesday 9 December 2009. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Commencement of the promotion will be Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") and the conclusion Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDST).
Entry Requirements
- To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, persons must be a member of one of RecruitmentSuper, Accountants Super or Australian Enterprise Super.
- A person remains eligible to participate in the promotion provided their RecruitmentSuper, Accountants Super or Australian Enterprise Super account remains active during the period of the promotion. For the purposes of this competition an active account is an account that has not been closed and has an account balance greater than zero.
- Employees, Business Directors, their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies of the Promoter, eo Financial Services Pty Ltd & Australian Administrative Services (AAS) are excluded from the promotion.
- Entrants must reside and be permanent residents of Australia. All temporary residents or foreign members are excluded from the promotion.
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, misplaced or late entries including website technical difficulties during the promotion period. The promoter will exercise all care and duty to manage valid entries.
Eligibility
- To be eligible for the chance to win one $500 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card, a member ("Entrant") must complete the e-bulletin survey to be eligible.
- An eligible Entrant is entitled to one entry for each membership of Accountants Super, RecruitmentSuper and Australian Enterprise Super.
Prize details
- The total prize is one Coles Group & Myer Gift Card valued at $500. The total prize pool in the promotion is AUD $500.
- Prizes in the Promotion must be taken as stated and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternate prizes.
Prize Draws
- The prize draw will take place at 10.00am (AEDST) on Friday 11 December 2009 at 60 Coonan Street, Indooroopilly, Brisbane. The winner will be notified by telephone and mail.
- The first valid entry drawn will receive one $500 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card. The promoter may conduct redraws at the same place as the original draw if the winner of the first draw proves invalid or uncontactable within 10 business days. Any second and subsequent redraws will take place as necessary at 10.00am (AEDST) on Monday 15 April 2010 to determine an eligible prize winner.
General
- No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or change the prizes offered under the Promotion, subject to approval by legislative state gaming authorities if there are any changes to the law which would or might render the Promotion or any prizes offered under the Promotion unlawful. Continuation of the Promotion is at the Promoter's discretion.

- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or misplaced prizes distributed to the Entrant. It is the responsibility of each Entrant to safeguard their prize.
- Conduct of the entire Promotion, including decisions on the eligibility of persons to enter and situations or issues for which these terms and conditions make no provision or are unclear are the responsibility of the Promoter, whose decision in all matters will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
